All items available on our website are handcrafted and generally take 10 business days to create. Custom colors can take up to 21 business days to create as we wait for the materials to arrive in our studio. RUSH orders ship within 3 days if possible. Custom color flip flops can take up to 5 weeks to ship. We strongly recommend choosing the appropriate shipping service below. We can not be held responsible if you fail to upgrade shipping and your package does not arrive in time! All domestic orders ship with delivery confirmation via the United States Postal Service.

Rush service may be added for $30, and we will process and ship your order within 3 business days, provided materials are in stock. If you add this fee and we cannot fulfill your rush request, we will refund the fee and contact you. You will then have the option of canceling the order, or allowing us to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe. Or, you may contact us in advance to determine if we can fulfill your request.

We also offer International services through the USPS to select countries. To see if we ship to your country, add an item to your shopping bag and select the country drop-down box. If your country is not listed, feel free to inquire via email. International Priority Mail is available for $15. Most International Priority Mail packages are received within 2 weeks of shipment (allow a total of 4 weeks to receive). Rush processing service is available for an additional $30 also (allow about 2.5 weeks).

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. Simply browse our site and add items to your cart. When you're ready to check out click the "View Shopping Bag " link at the top of the page and follow the prompts.

If paying by check or money order, please include a copy of your invoice when mailing payment. Personal check orders will ship once the check has cleared.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Exchanges and Refunds are allowed minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please include in your email your name, order number, items to be returned and whether you want a replacement or a refund. All products must be in unworn and unused condition. Return packages must include all materials shipped, including any tags, free items, promotional materials, etc.

Please note all custom, personalized and clearance merchandise are non-refundable except in cases of defect.
